PRODUCT USAGE

1. Used for mold coatings and ceramic cores in the investment casting (precision casting) industry.

2. Zircon powder is used as both the main material and glazing in the ceramic industry to increase the wear resistance and surface finish of the finished ceramics.

3. Zircon powder has special uses in many chemical industries, including cosmetics, cement, food preservation, leather making, and fiber (for the manufacture of flame-retardant fibers).

4. Zircon powder has a high refractive index of 1.93-2.01 and chemical stability. It is a high-quality, low-cost emulsifier and is widely used in the production of various building ceramics, sanitary ceramics, daily-use ceramics, first-class handicraft ceramics, etc. In the processing and production of ceramic glazes, it has a wide range of uses and a large application volume. Zircon powder is widely used in ceramic production because of its good chemical stability, so it is not affected by the ceramic firing atmosphere, and can significantly improve the ceramic body glaze bonding performance and improve the hardness of the ceramic glaze. Zircon powder has also been further used in the production of color picture tubes in the television industry, emulsified glass in the glass industry, and enamel glazes.
