PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

High-purity nickel refers to nickel with a purity of (3 nines). Nickel element symbol Ni, atomic number 28, atomic weight 58.71, peripheral electron configuration 3d84s2, located in the fourth period, group VIII. First, there is room for improvement in high-purity extraction in traditional smelting processes, such as considering improving the ability of traditional impurity removal processes. Or it is possible to consider obtaining intermediate products such as nickel sulfate or nickel chloride from traditional smelting processes and extracting them at high purity to make metals.

PRODUCT USE

‌High-purity nickel has a wide range of applications, mainly including battery manufacturing, information products, energy collection, aerospace, chemical equipment manufacturing, marine engineering, and nuclear and energy industries. ‌‌

In battery manufacturing, high-purity nickel can be used as a positive electrode material for lithium-ion batteries. It has the advantages of high stability, good half-discharge performance, and long cycle life. It is widely used in mobile power supplies and energy storage batteries. In addition, high-purity nickel can also be used as a positive electrode material for lithium cobalt titanate, which is used in electric vehicles, automotive batteries, and household energy storage devices.

In terms of information products, high-purity nickel is used as the raw material of amplifier circuits and chips to improve component performance, and is widely used in information products such as smartphones, laptops, and smart home devices. It can also be used as the positive electrode material of organic electroluminescent displays for portable devices.

In terms of energy collection, high-purity nickel, as the positive electrode material of solar panels, can effectively absorb solar energy and convert it into electrical energy. It is also used in special electrostatic storage devices, which have the advantages of miniature size, large storage capacity, and short charging time, and is widely used in various industrial wireless technologies.

In the field of aerospace, high-purity nickel and its alloys have high strength, high toughness and good corrosion resistance, and are used to manufacture key components such as engines, turbine blades, and guide blades to meet the requirements of extreme high temperature and high pressure environments.

In chemical equipment manufacturing and marine engineering, high-purity nickel is widely used in environments that handle corrosive media due to its excellent corrosion resistance, such as reactors, storage tanks, heat exchangers, and pipelines. It is also used for structural components and equipment in seawater desalination devices and marine engineering.

In the nuclear and energy industries, high-purity nickel has good oxidation resistance and mechanical properties in high temperature and corrosive atmospheres, and is suitable for use in reactor components, gas delivery pipelines, and high-temperature gas processing equipment.

The production process of high-purity nickel includes crushing, screening, smelting, electrolytic refining, vacuum melting, and casting from high-quality nickel ore or waste nickel materials to ensure the purity and quality of the product. Its unique physical and chemical properties make it show a wide range of application potential in many fields.
