Tungsten tubes are mainly used in thermocouple protection tubes in high-temperature furnaces, sapphire single crystal furnaces, and support parts in high-temperature sintering furnaces.

Tungsten alloy has a good radiation shielding effect, so tungsten alloy tubes can be used for shielding needles in medical treatment; the engine used in rocket thrusters is a jet engine that uses compressed high-performance fuel. The temperature generated during rocket launch can reach thousands of degrees. Tungsten alloy tubes are a metal material with extremely high temperature resistance, so they are used in rocket engines in the liner parts and ignition tube parts. The ignition tube is deep into the combustion chamber of the engine, and huge heat is generated instantly after ignition. At this time, the ignition tube has to withstand a temperature of thousands of degrees, which requires a high temperature resistance of the material.

PRODUCT USE

Due to its high temperature resistance and low pollution, tungsten is widely used to make crucibles and accessories for ruby and sapphire crystal growth and rare earth smelting in the LED industry.
